TIME IS MOVING QUICKLY! July 3rd is the due date for session proposal submissions for the 2009 AAM meeting in Philadelphia – especially if you would like your session endorsed by the RC-AAM. We don't have too much time to rest between the close of the 2008 AAM meeting and the planning of Phillie.
Kathleen Stiefel, our Philadelphia Program Chair, is tracking all the session ideas we are getting. There is lots of enthusiasm and the board thanks you for your efforts in making the next meeting as great as Denver. Bev Sutley is our Booth Coordinator. Bev needs your help especially if you live close to Philadelphia and are interested in helping out with the booth, please contact Bev at bxb35@psu.edu.
We NEED a Marketplace of Ideas
Coordinator for the 2009 meeting. Do you want to be part of
the 2009 RC-AAM planning committee, are you organized, are you willing to
following the model started in Denver, are you willing to contact Jan Bernstein
(Denver’s coordinator) for helpful hints, do you have contacts or do
you know people with contacts, do you want to see your name in print, do you
want to meet knew people, do you want to organize the floor plan for the marketplace,
do you want to meet leaders in the field who would will share ground breaking
research, etc.? Hey, do you get the idea? Contact Rose at
